8.1 The campsite is to be used for camping purposes only. Use as a permanent residence is in violation of township ordinances and is strictly prohibited. Shareholders may not use the park’s address as a residence address. The Park will not accept delivery of mail or packages addressed to shareholders.
Shareholders suspected of year-round residency will be asked to provide
verifiable proof of a separate legal residence.
The acceptable documentation will include but not limited to any of the following: valid lease agreement, mortgage statement, property taxes if mortgage is paid off, or a maintenance fee statement/lot lease if residing in another campground-to be verified by the board.
Exceptions will be made if living with a family member without a rental agreement, if it is not fraudulent. We will utilize all resources to ensure compliance, including random spot checks and possible fob monitoring.

8.3 ALL water connections must be disconnected at ALL times from November 16th to March 16th.
Campers will not be permitted to hook any water lines to their trailers or any hoses to Plantation Park Hydrants during this time period.
Any water connections during this time period will result in fines up to $500, and any costs of repairs due to any damage, and your hydrant will be locked until March 16th. If the lock is found to be cut off or tampered with you will be charged with destruction of property and jeopardizing your share.

11.7 No smoking/CBD/Vaping/Cigars in the pavilion other than in designated area
which will be the picnic tables on the road side except for the store dining tables.

12.5 Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult in the fitness center.

17.6 No licensed/registered electric vehicles are allowed to be charged in the park. If
caught fine up to $500 per incident. (rule added 8/23/25)
23.1
a. Harassment of any kind against another shareholder, their guest, or Park vendors is strictly prohibited. Harassment includes, but is not limited to, any unwelcome conduct ,comment, gesture or contact that creates an intimidating hostile or offensive environment. Libelous or slanderous comments against another shareholder shall constitute harassment. Under this rule harassment shall further include verbal as well as written conduct, including comments and conduct on internet and social media platforms which may defame another, Anyone who believes that they may be the subject of harassment has a right to file a complaint under Article 24 of the Plantation Park Rules and Regulations. 24.3 The following procedures shall apply:
a. All complaints shall be presented in writing to the Park office on the form set forth in Appendix Six and the complaint must be signed and dated. The complaint will be given to the Safety and Security Committee. That committee along with the committee Liason and Vice President of the board of directors will investigate said complaint and attempt to resolve the complaint to the satisfaction of the parties involved. The committee will provide a copy of the complaint with a report on efforts to resolve the complaint and the position of the parties involved at the time the Safety and Security Committee ends any dispute mediation. Unresolved complaints, including those in which either the complainant or the subject of the complaint requests a review, shall be referred to the Hearing Board for further action within (10) days of such referral. C. For a second offense of the same nature, the Hearing Board shall impose a fine of $100.00 to up to $500, plus any costs incurred by the complainant as a result of the violation; (rule revised 7/26/25)
